Brusletto Nostalgi blade (from Ragweed forge), stag and brass.
Here's the in progress pic
This stuff is fun and addicting.
The usual household tools were used. Including a little vise that clamps onto my bench top.
The little files came from home depot and weren't expensive at all.
I did use my Craftsman table top drill press to start the guard slot and the pin hole in the butt cap.
You could use a hand drill for this as well.
I hand filed the brass from bar stock. It goes slow and easy. Kind of like the Zen sharpening thing
Drilled the stag with my hand drill. A little from each end.
I highly recommend getting some bare blades and trying this yourself
