Does anyone here make handle liners?

I no longer have the tools I need in my tiny apartment to make them myself.

I found a old post from a member here selling them, but he has been inactive for some time now.

Needing a full size set and a THICK tweener set.

Dang, you can't fit scissors in your apartment! You crazy city slickers! Lol...I use utensil drawer dividers by Rubbermaid. About ¢.50 at the thrift store. Very easy to cut with scissors, razor, anything really. Can get several sets from just one. All kinds of colors...the avacado is really nice. Yellow is good, orange is fantastic. Those 70's and 80's colors ya know.

I want REALLY thick liners I'm not sure scissors will cut it (haha pun intended).

Hehe, I see what you did there!
Double up...triple up...multi colors...yup
You can do eet!

I popped on just in time to see there's still demand. :)

All the liners I made were in an apartment. Heavy duty scissors will do a decent job of cutting through G10, Kydex, etc. Do the final shaping with micro-files and sandpaper.

I may have some materials left over. If you need some materials, I can look to see what I've got lying around. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

I will suggest finding a Gnome Depot or Slowe's in your area and getting some shower pan liner. Thick enough, VERY easy to cut and waterproofs the tang some, too. Also provides a little vibration dampening. Make sure to pick up some longer bolts while you're at it. Thread somewhere.....

I have not seen this one before. I like the added water resistance under the handles. Very cool.

I got a bk11 and ordered some g10 handles off the bay they rattled around a little regardless of how tight i had the bolts so i did what any american would add little duck tape. May not help you but i am sure someone has had that problem.

Garage is a shambles due to construction, but I may still have some varying-thickness tweener scales lying about. I made a crap load out of a bunch of different materials just to try 'em out at one point.
Let me take a look.
