I just bought a BUCK 345 and I really like the knife,I just dont like the feel of the handle(recycled).I was thinking about some kind of textured spray on material that would have a good grip.Spray on bedliner is the first thing to come to mind, but am open to all of your suggestions.Thanks.

I haven't handled one of the paperstone handle knives but I would guess it machines well. If so I would think you could inlet some laminated or corded mudflap into the scales. That would make for a tough gripping surface.

You can get undercoat in spray cans. A guy could carry a can for touch ups. The equipment need to spray bedliner material seems a little bulky.

Might be cheaper to trade for a knife with rubberized handles.
