R Rob! Joined Feb 9, 2000 Messages 1,865 Mar 1, 2006 #3 I understand Thuya is a member of the cypress family. Because thuya is an oily wood, stabilizing it is something of an art. (Go to Mike at WSSI). IMHO, thuya needs stabilizing. I don't know if that applies to it's relative - cypress
