Handle removal help

So, I have a a Camillus Titanium Fixed Blade knife and the handle is far too heavy, in my opinion. I was wondering if someone could suggest a way to remove it, so I could replace, also, any new handle ideas would be appreciated.

Can you identify the specific model of knife? Camillus has a variety of fixed-blades with the word "titanium" in the description. A picture would be great as well (you need to use a photo hosting site like Photobucket).

I'll be back tomorrow with the specifics of it. I can get photohost to work. And, I can't find the box. I'll just buy another one.
