Handle Removal

Any suggestions as to how to remove scales from SCHF3N? Are screws SAE or metric? Are they Locktited? Can't get the damn things to budge, afraid going to strip them...All help appreciated.

It's made in China, so I'd say they're probably metric. The best way would probably use 2 Allen keys and loosen from both sides. If it's like the knife it's patterned after, the scales won't be removable.

I'd go with this^. If you just HAVE to get em out, even if you strip em, just get a bit barely smaller than the ID of the screw holes and drill em out. You can always get replacement bolts at a hardware store.
