Handle Scales and a Kydex sheath

Ok so I am seriously considering picking up a Spyderco Mule team knife. I would like to have someone make me custom neon green g10 handles for it. Who should I contact and how hard would it be to get done? I would also like a kydex sheath to go with it. Advice please ?

halperntitanium.com makes G10 scales for the mule but they don't do neon green to my knowledge. give them a call and ask them.
