Handle Slab Help

Guys, I recently picked up a CS Shinobu off Ebay. The knife was new in box. Well, my Rottweiler picked it up off the headboard and dined on the Kraton grip. (She also once ate a light bulb.) I'd like to have the Kraton replaced with wood, Micarta or G10. Any ideas as to who could do this for me?
