Where do I find the threaded collets to go inside a slab handle so they can be removable?
I am making a new fighter and want to use countersunk Flat head Torque screws to attach the handle slabs.
Handle will be approx 3/4" - 1" thick
Thanks for your help guys;)

for 4-40 screws you can use 1/8" copper tubing from K&G. brass will work too but is softer. The ID is already the right size for a 4-40 tap. these will hold very strong. I made a knife with three of these holding a g-10 andle on and accidentally ran it over a few times with my truck. The scales had big gouges in them from gravel but they held on just fine.
Tip- Don't put a knife on the dashboard if your going to be doing donuts with the windows open!

Would the ones they use on the Colt 1911 work?
If so, lots of gun shops carry them or you could try Brownells( search either: stock bushings or stock screws).

I make my own out of 1/8th brass rod. Center drill it for 2-56 tap hole on a lathe, tap it, then cut it a little oversize in length (so it will extend past the tang on both sides). Then drill your scales for a 2-56 clearance hole, then drill a shallow 1/8th clearance hole on the inside of your scales so the oversize pin will extend a little into the scale -- this keeps the handle aligned so that it always goes back in the exact same place.
