handle???

im a beginer as many are...and im am thinking that i want to use para cord for my handle.......now i see alll these nice wraped tieing jobs but how to get to that......i was a boy scout and i didnt learn that......some one send me a link or tell me or somehting....

I've been waiting to try this one myself. It looks pretty cool. It shows how to do a two-layer wrap, a plain paracord wrap first then a 'diamond wrap' over it, which looks more like a japanese style wrap. Post a pic after its done so we can see how it works

Keep in mind that the method in which the first layer there (green) was done doesn't work quite so well with thicker stuff, like para-cord. When you pull the remainder under the wrap it bulges up a lot more, and can stick out inbetween a couple levels of wrap.

If you're good, you can get the remainder to pull under on the edge of the tang where it interferes less.

Thus the second method works nicer for thick stuff.
