handles for the becker necker available?

Simple as that. If they are available could anyone please share with me where to look? I kinda like the idea of a kabar necker but don't like the open handle look. Any help graciously appreciated.

Sure you can get micarta for the BK11 or the Esee Izulla handles fit the 14 with a bit of sanding. Others make custom ones wood or whatever.

Well the Kabar micarta handles still leave the opener exposed. If you don't want the opener I'd suggest the bk14 eskabar with the izula 1 micarta handles. They fit with some shaving of the inserts or removal of the inserts altogether

It depends on what you mean by "open handle". If you just mean the skeletonized handle, then yes there are micarta handles available.

If you mean the bottle opener on the end then only custom handles. As clich suggested, the BK14 has the same blade but with a different handle for with there are micarta handle options. If you don't want/ care for the bottle opener this would be the way to go.

Another comment about the BK11 is that the handle is a bit shorter than the BK14. Most people can only get 3 fingers on, instead of all 4. So yes, if you're not invested in the bottle opener, the BK14, or the Remora (which you can get free by going gold), would be your best bet.
