Handles

Are the handles on Busse knives easily removable?
The reason I´m asking is because I would probably like to get some other coating( BC, DLC, Armoloy) on the blade.

In a word, NO !!! The knife has to go back tot he shop to be removed.

You should contact the shop about your request. Either Jerry or Marc Fratello should be able to hook you up if you want a different finish.
