HandMade and Signed Who made this Big Bowie Knife

Need help. Looks like a beautiful shaped large Bowie with machine patern marking on blade. Sheath could be part of the makers signature.

Nice proportion. Stag is CRAZY and butt end is scrimshaw, Indian.
Pics best way to get the maker. Brass has a name on it but I am not able to ID the person.
Help.

I'm pretty sure Ken Richardson made that knife. He passed in 2015 but they still have a Website and a Facebook page you can probably verify it with.
