Handy for urban kits?

Found this at a store today, packs a lot of wrench sizes into a very handy size, and the 1/4" socket is magnetized to hold any 1/4" bits.

A little over 2" around and 1" think.

That's pretty cool. When you figure urban survival may involve scavenging available items to fabricate what you need as well as getting into something (lockers/boxes/sheds/whatever), something like this could be very handy. Take care.
 
Ive not held that particular one in my hands , but I have used similar tools before .
I struck a problem when trying to actually turn it , and at times , just fit it onto a bolt ... the way its built can cause problems if the bolt is recessed or has anything next to it in the way .
Its a better than nothing , for sure , but I dunno if its better than a shifter spanner and vicegrips really .
