Mark,
Please, Please, Please, don't take that Monster anywhere near that beautiful Smallmouth river....Please, Please, Please!!!!
By the way, if you will commit to fly fishing for Smallmouth, I will tie and send you at leat a dozen 3XL #6 yellow rubber spiders to fish for them for...(pardon my abuse of the proper language......)
Just let me know if you would like. and whether to bend down the barb or not.:D
I am serious, You have a chance of a place that looks alot like "Heaven on Earth" as a fisherman. let alone a beautiful place to make knives......

Is it hooked to anything??? j/k How about a pic of the rest? Glad you found yer Big Iron for the farm, Mark!

Grats!

Man, I could use that up here to help mend my badly-busted rock walls. Sure is a back-saver, those things!

Now there is a piece of machinery a man can do some damage with. Do you know how to operate it or are you just going to wing it? I am green with envy.
Fred

it's an auful big fishing hook mark :D
how big are them there bass up yonder anyway :D

Thats a real nice shovel mark but aint that gonna be a bitch to sling around, you shoulda got the tractor that goes with it too:D

My friend has a small Kubota excavator ..He modified a bucket to have a "thumb" so he could grab and lift something like a log .If you did that you could hold a hot piece of steel with it for forging !!

All I can say is Holy Moly! Thats no snapper :D

John , I wont be going too close to the river with this beast. It's already tried to kill me twice. I appreciate the offer for the spiders. Think it will be a while before I feel up to doing any fishing , but I'll get back with you.

I just couldnt stand the beard any more. I'll grow it back in the Fall just like every year.

She's a hoss and will put a hurting on some dirt right quick. Our new neighbor was kind enough to tow her to the farm. That in itself was a scarey experience. I looked over at the speedo in the pouring rain and he was going 85 mph.

I'll post a full pic sometime soon. It needs a good bath and a proper painting. I'm thinking camo. :)

I think you are, rite-on, with the camo theme. It looks good in all seaons. :cool:There might be some draw-back, say if you missplaced it, or put it away with the hunting equipment.

Some unsuspecting soul left a 450 size dozer here two years back. It was here for maybe 3 weeks. It is unbelieveable, how much damage can be done, by someone learning how to operate something, new, :o that has that much distructive potential. Watch your buildings. Fred

Master Bates Mark!!! That is one funny looking power hammer or was it suppose to be a press?????  :D

A long set of tongs and a hammer on the end of that thing and I think your back problems are done. Just don't fall off.
