Hannibal TV Series knife identification

Hi guys,

Catching up on season 2 of Hannibal, and in episode 5, there's a nice close up shot of a folding knife. Usually I try to identify these myself and I can but this might just be a no-name cheapie or something. Even so, with such a close up I couldn't resist posting, just to check and see if it is something more than a no-name. Thanks guys.

Gaw, now I feel terrible assuming it was some no name (and in the back of my mind I was thinking "looks like something from Spyderco's Byrd line but I can't be sure!"

I'm sorry Spyderco, forgive my lapse, I beg you.

Yep that is funny indeed (technically the character with the Byrd wasn't Hannibal but, hey, the movie and the show have the same name and both are using Spyderco.) This one is a lot bigger than the little Harpy from the movie. Hannibal probably misses his Harpy.

Since I like bigger blades I haven't bought any smaller Spydercos yet... I really should though. Have a Cold Steel Tuff Lite. Small and wonderful.

I've always been interested in the Tuff Lite, to be honest.

And I like bigger blades, too. My main carry is a ZT 0551.
