Thanks, all! I turned 43 today. My wife and I enjoyed lunch together at the Cupertino location of Kirk's Steakburgers, just down the street from Apple's headquarters: http://www.kirks-steakburgers.com/

For dinner, my wife is planning to prepare one of my favorite Japanese dishes, which is called カツサンド (katsu sando), which is a "tonkatsu" (deep-fried breaded pork) sandwich. I suggested that she make カツバーガ (katsu baga) instead, which means using a burger bun instead of slices of bread. Any way you slice it, it is topped with shredded cabbage and sauce. Yum!
