Thanks for remembering!:o The CP marks have healed as best they can I suppose, and as for my hand...probably the same. In fact, I just trained the other day on my freestanding bag, and some hits hurt like the proverbial dickens!!! Ah well...I mostly "Open Five" anyway when I gotta.:cool:
