Happy birthday NancyFitz

The Old Fart is cooking dinner for her after we went shopping at an old Italian deli she likes a few towns away. The imported porcini are soaking, the fresh mozzarella and linguini is in the fridge, and I have to to shell and vein a pound and a half of shrimp before I sautee 'em and make the marinara to simmer. Too hot to fire up the oven, we bought fresh hard bread instead. A bottle of my bro-in-laws wine to wash it down. Mini-cannoli and handpacked spumoni round out what should be a nice meal. Damned store is a good place to do "death by Italian". LOL

Your time and affection in her is the best investment you'll ever make.

I've never met Nancy (or Fitzo for that matter), but any woman that can put up with a man like him should be up for beatification :)

Deker, I've always been both grateful and mystified that she puts up with me! I must have some redeeming qualities that aren't readily apparent to me. LOL
July is a good month for us. We celebrated our 35th anniversary last week.
