Thanks guys, much appreciated. Celebrated with a 10km walk in the chill of morning, my kids gave me some good films and I have taken the day off to watch them with them.

The Fracture with Antony Hopkins and Ryan Gosling was superb.

I generally have them once a year, last I checked. I don't know about anyone else after 30 it seems to be an indefinite count down clicking over faster and faster?!

Don't let those old geezers give you any grief about birthdays coming more often as you get older. Accept the fact. I seem to have one every few weeks! Not sure if its age, or the simple fact I can't remember what I had for breakfast!
