Thanks guys!!! I did drink and was certainly merry! I got taken by my girlfriend to Monterey to a very nice hotel and had a great weekend! Getting older isn't so bad

I have actually been to Monterey a bunch of times, the aquarium is amazing and I am a big fan of any town near the ocean... great food to be had, but no knife shops!
