Not a fan of ribs... more into Tri-Tip and London Broil. I marinate with Kikkoman teryaki and lemon herb.

I like LB cuts too and the kikkoman terryaki & lemon-herb sounds yummy. :cool:..

The reason I asked is your post reminded me of a cookout I just had 2 nights ago -- did a dozen racks of baby back ribs with a friends receipt..

First, a 20 minute simmer/soft boil in water, with 4 good scoops molasses, 2 limes wort of juice, normal amount of salt. Then right on the grill and slow cooked for about ten minutes on each side to get the grill marks on 'em, repeat for the criss-cross marks. Take them off and watch the bones literally loose inside the pork. So finger-licking-lip-smackety-goooood! Makes ya'll want to smack somebody's Grandmammy. :D :D ..

.. Dawg-gonitt, just went and made myself hungry now. :eek: :p
