Although I have never read any of his posts, I reckon VG was the quite the quick witted fellow. Many have commented on how funny/interesting his posts were. Too bad I never got to interact with him. Happy Birthday post mortem, and RIP.

rip dave. i was the first person he has ever met or talked to that shared the same birthday with him which he thought was neat. i'm glad i had the chance to talk with him before he passed.

Rest well Dave.

Let's not forget that it is Lorena Bobbitski's birthday too.

Gawd, I miss her. :D.

i was just thinking of a story i read that dave posted that gave me a good laugh. it was the one where he mistook ben-gay for ky jelly :D

Almost forgot the birthday, but could NEVER forget Dave. His memory will live forever, as an immortal, undead rodent should.

I used to share his posts with some non-forum friends. They just didn't seem to get it, and that's very sad for them.

Happy birthday to you, too, richard j!

Thank you, Doug.

I was just thinking that ... but ya beat me to it!:)

Rest easy, Dave.

Happy Birthday, Dave. Ya big ole Jarhead! I miss ya, Bud.

Dave was one of the first people to buy one of my knives. I often wonder what happened to that knife after his death; probably in a Vegas pawn shop.

Cheers Dave- You sure brightened more than a few days around here & made beverages come up out of quite a few peoples' noses- mine included. Rest well friend.

I imagine it was in a Pahrump pawn shop long before he died... :o

Well.... I'm not so kind, and I'm definitely not so young -- I was just the closest BF person to Pahrump. None of it could have happened without all of VG's Guardian Angels here on BF contributing to the cause.
