It's been a good evening. My wife picked up some fancy beef wellington as well as twice baked potatoes AND a 4 pack of Skullsplitter beer.
I'm stuffed and feeling a light buzz between the beer and wine. My lovely also picked up some peanutbutter chocolate cupcakes to have when I don't feel so dang full
Thanks to some cabelas points and gift cards, she was able to get my a Leatherman MUT multitool I would have never bought for myself.
My mom took my daughter to a party store to buy me a "handy man" mylar balloon to go along with the picture she painted for me at daycare.
It's been a fine day

Rough night, Juan Pablo just sent my choice for the bacholerette Renee home. Now all he's got to choose from is 3 bimbo's.
Steely, I'm deaf as a stump but I'm gonna have somebody help me call you next year. Karda won't be alone. Crap, maybe we could do a duet, can he sing good, might be able to cover up my step on the cats tail voice. Guess I could accompany him on my accordian.

Man, I'm hardly on this part of the forums these days. Mainly trying to get some work stuff sorted and trying not to spend tons of time just drooling.
My birthday was low key, had dinner as normal and watched shows. Saturday my brother and his family came, so I made Peach and Blackberry Cobbler in the Dutch Oven and served it with Vanilla Bean ice cream. The Peaches are some that mom and I bottled last fall with just a little honey. So, light syrup and oh so good. Frozen Blackberries and a Gluten free yellow cake mix. Simple ingredients made into a simple desert and shared with family.
