Hi Neeman. It must be from just before WWII as my sources indicate the Pal Brand mark was used until 1939.

I don't have any Canadian knives although I have always admired Grohmann Knives! My favorite musicians come frome the great white north. Happy Canada Day our Canadian brothers; take off eh!

S-K, I always appreciate your knifely tribute to my adopted country!
It's becoming a tradition on the forum!
I am an American, living here with my Canadian wife, and Canada is the best friend America could ever have. I find the people here brave, loyal - all the attributes you hope of good Scouts!!:)
Your knife depicting the various Provincial seals from the day, always brings me that sense of history that makes one proud of where they live.
And I am lucky to be proud of two countries!!

Here's a knife that comes from the Hudson's Bay Company, a major factor in Canada's growth since the earliest settlements of Europeans.

And a Premier punch Stockman, with a Canadian patent punch!

Happy Canada Day to All Canadians and Americans here!!

We need to celebrate Canada day more often from the looks of those knives. ;)
Thanks for showing them to us.

Happy Canada day to all our traditional brothers and sisters and families in the Northern arc.
In my youth I was very fortunate to have been able to wander around the western provinces camping and hiking for almost a month. Talk about folksy, I'll always remember the kindness of the people we ran into to on the trails and in the cities and folksiness was the rule rather than the exception. Greetings such as "hey yank, did you really drive up here all the way from Bastidville" were always coupled with an invitation to a home cooked meal or an ice cold Labatts or Molsen.

Thanks very much for your post Charlie and the kind words. I always enjoy seeing your wonderful old Hudson's Bay knife and the punch on the stockman is most unusual. We should have one big holiday from the 1st through the 4th to celebrate the special realtionship between our two countries.

To all of my Friends North of the Border,

Happy Canada Day!

I don't have any "WayNorth" knives to show, but one of my all time favorites memories growing up was watching the "Old" MN NorthStars, play in the former Met Center against The Montreal Canadians. After the singing of our National Anthem, "Oh Canada" was then sang. All I can say is....Very Impressive!

God Save the Queen!!

There are some very nice Canadian-themed blades on this one. Thanks for a good look at them. Happy belated Canada Day to the fellow Canadians on here and a special, early, happy 4th of July to my American friends!

Happy Canada Day guys and gals. The best neighbor a country could have!

S-K, those Canadian military knives are a nice slice of Allied history. Canada, Britain, and America together, have stepped up for the free world on numerous occasions!
