Well here it is at last. Been collecting parts for about 8 months and working on this here and there for the past month or so. Forged a blade in it tonight and it rocks! No cold spots, heats up pretty quick and roars at 3 PSI. Methinks my propane is gonna last a bit longer with this than the NC forge.
I used IG's plans, got fire bricks and satanite from Darren Ellis, and Tic Toc was nice enough to give me some of his extra coawool when he made his forge at the NECKA hammer in. Thanks to all of you.
Couldn't resist the paint, the face and the tail. The face comes off and I actually just use soft fire bricks across the front to make an adjustable opening when forging.
Whadda ya think?
