That's a beautiful setting, taldesta. We(Central Pa), were supposed to get some snow on Christmas, but I believe that's changed now. It's too bad too, who doesn't love a white Christmas?

Thanks ... it is like living in a Christmas card, but with a shovel in hand. We had more snow overnight ... hoping some came your way. My snow plough guy has cleared the lane 4 times so far this winter. I am so thankful for the electric start on the snowblower that I use for clearing the pathway to the woodpile too.

Early on the 25th Daisy said, very loudly so her hard-of-hearing old friend could hear, "Hey Dez ... I hear sleigh bells!" And she must have been right because there were tasty additions to the food bowls and new chews under the tree that morning.


And then the sky opened up again and it snowed all day and all night. Today we must shovel our way out the door and over to the snowblower. And for those who were dreaming of a white Christmas, wish you were here. Bring shovel.
