Celebrating the lunar new year is pretty big for most Chinese folk; all the best for the Year of the Dragon!
Most of my extended family lives in Taiwan where they've got a long holiday, but here in Australia, it's just my parents and my sister, still working. We do still pay our respects to our ancestors though, and prepare food traditionally eaten during this time. And just so it's slightly related to this forum, here's a pic of my 12 inch AK preparing some pork.
