Just returned from the Midland Game Fair sporting a big grin on my face the whole way home. Framar knives had a stand and as soon as I saw the Regular Plain Sebenza I new I had to have it.

But ouch what a price £310 thats $480

I suppose I could of imported but it was nice to feel the knife in my hand and once I did I couldn't put it down.

I consider it an investment and couldn't be happier although a wood inlay model would have been a real treat.

Also saw a Greg Lightfoot model think it was the Suppressor another fine piece but the Sebenza won me over and will make a fine replacement for my SERE 2000 which I recently sold.

Just need to win the Lottery tonight to pay for it :D

Any day you get a new Sebenza is a haapy day. Especially the day you get your FIRST Sebbie. Welcome to the madness and just be prepared to spend and spend and spend....................:D

So don't worry about it. Or, do what I do, and sell some stuff to help justify it! ;)

Congrats on picking up the finest working folder, production or custom, on planet Earth (yep, I ain't afraid of making statements like this--reckon I'm a glutton for punishment).

Professor.

traveling through Britain, selling his Sebenza? Next time I visit Jolly Old England, I'll take a new Sebenza with me to sell, at cost, to an English Bladeforum Sebenzanista.

That's what government takes... I'm a Benchmade distributor in Poland and I have to pay 10% (duty tax) and than 22% VAT. That's why I cannot keep the knives at MSRP level. It's the only way to sell knives in Europe. I've seen knives in Vienna that cost as much as twice MSRP and even more... Anyway, I've sold some CRK pieces :D so Chris' knives have a contributors here as well...
