Decided I should use a knife that can really cut for my dinner today. I was about to get one of those stupid steak knives outta the drawer but decided against it....

Much better choice.
 
Mine are all users and I'm never afraid to use them in almost any practical manner. That being said I never use them to cut food on our porcelain dinner plates. SAK Cadet gets that dirty work. I've been trying to convince the wife we need wood cutting boards for dinner plates. :) Dinner looks great! Hope you enjoyed your day.
 
I refuse to use steak knives or most any kitchen knife. I do 90% of my food prep with my EDC knife.
