Happy Fourth of July

Hey guys (and Gals),

Just wanted to send my best from overseas. Enjoy the day back in the states and have a extra helping of whatever it is your having for me! I don't have a great connection out here, but I still try to visit every day or so. Thanks to all that keep the forum a happy place to visit. I live vicariously through the photos (that are small enough) that I see of everyones scores. It really is the little things that mean sooo much.

Things out here are busy, the busiest I've seen in ten years. We have been very lucky so far and have been very succesful. I hope that our streak continues and that everyone else here has the same good fortune. If anyone is on BIAP, PM me and we'll try to meet up! I'll be glad to spot you a blade if for some reason you've found yourself without.

I have a few Busses with me that are performing admirably, sad to say that they are proving stronger than I am... I wish I could just rub some leather on my edges and come out like new... Hmmm... I guess I could try it??

Save some slop for me, kiss the ladies, hug the babies and raise a glass for all that we stand for on this day!

Had an excellent 4th. I got my Muddy Meaner on the 3rd and celebrated by using it to cut my steak last night. I was at a cookout at non knife/gun friend's house. My wife forgot to pickup a steak knife, so I took one for the team and gave her mine and I used the Meaner. It was easier than getting up and going back in to get her another steak knife:D

Meaner did great and carried fairly discreetly in the factory cardboard sheath in a pocket underneath my untucked red, white, and blue rugby shirt.
