Title says it all, I understand that not all of us Becker lovers are from the U.S. but for all of us who are, I wish you the best on this, our Independance Day!

May we wield our Made In America Beckers on this day, Drink beer, Light up the grill, Enjoy time with our loved ones, blow up some chinese Big Boomers.....and generally cavort like Red-Blooded AMERICANS!

I love my country, and I am proud and thankful for our Founding Fathers who were brave enough to stand up for their beliefs....signing that scrap of paper that started the Dream that is America. All to often we forget what risks they were taking, if we had lost they all would have been hung for Treason.

Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave... and the Birthplace of Becker!

I'm also curious to see what K-9 has cooked up for this Holiday!

Good post Thrill, happy Fourth everyone! May everyone's day be filled with beer, BBQ, and big fireworks!!

Well said Thrill,
I have served this country for 26 and half years and, although I don't always agree with policy, I took an oath to protect and defend th Constitution of the United States. I have done that and hope to continue for another year and a half and then hang it up to work for forestry or game enforcement. I too am proud of our founding fathers. I believe that they wrote the single most important document in the history of the world. And they did it with the help of prayer and faith in God.
God Bless America
Balding

Happy 4th everyone!!! I'll be working tonight but I will be partaking in the grilling of dead cow and some fireworks at a friends lake property.

Set on ground, light fuse, and get away.

Took this pic on the way out from my fishin' hole after my 5:00 am Fourth of July fishing trip. I've been to several countries around the world, and none is so great, so good, so beautiful as America.

VERY happy 4th here

We just got power back after 5 days. We're right in the thick of the power outage here in VA.
Bad ass thunder storm ripped through here last Friday night, 85 mph winds, the whole bit.
We were lucky, not too much damage, limbs, branches etc. But some folks got tagged.
Wouldn't have been so bad, but temps/heat index has been 113 - 115. With no break in sight.

Plus our barn had (still has) no power. Horses drink a LOT of water (15 gals a day normally - up to 25 gals in heat)
We've been bucketing from the river, into 70 gal tubs in the back of the truck and over to the barn, plus
enbankment of the river has about a 12 - 15 foot drop ... serious. Did me some repelling :D
At least we can fill them at the house now :)

Anyway - folks used to laugh at all my "survival" stuff ... who's laughing now eh ? (lol)

Been using my 7 a ton - no pics, they were kinda' low on the prioirity list, if you know what I mean.

VERY happy 4th here indeed ! VERY happy.

Hope everyone here enjoys it as much.

Happy Fourth everyone! Have a good one and stay safe!

Happy Independence Day to everyone. Our Founding Fathers were complete badass MFers and each of us can only hope to be one tenth as brilliant and tough as those guys.... but we all gotta try, because we've got a lot of hard work ahead of us as citizens. Today is a good day to grill beef, splash in pools and lakes, get 'faced, and discuss how each one of us is going to honor the sacrifices of our ancestors by making this country better tomorrow than it was yesterday.

Happy Birthday America!!!!!

May you have many, many, many more.

Moose

Happy Fourth, everyone.

It is a priviledge to live in America, and may it stay that way.

Due to the hot and dry conditions and the risk of fire, it is recommended that all fireworks be set off indoors this Fourth of July. :D

Happy Independence day everyone! I know we have a lot of military guys in here, thank you very much for your service to our great country! Without you, freedom won't stand.
