Because my wife is Jewish and I am Catholic, we celebrate both holidays every year with out kids.
My wife, without telling my kids or I, went out to a Pawn Shop that just opened up down the road from us. From what she told is they specialize in firearms and knives.
This is what she got us. I was totally blown away that she got this much for us. Looks like I'm gonna have to return the favor with a Coach purse. :D ;)

Sorry about the poor pictures. By the time we got them it was too dark to take nice pictures.

Happy Holidays! I come from a mixed background as well...so I get the benefits (and all the guilt :p) that comes from being raised with both traditions.

I hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday and gets all that they wish for.
 
I reckon you won't have problems opening the packages this year, once you figure out which of the knives to use.

Cool finds there. I recently enjoyed "Hitched for the Holidays" of something to that effect on the Hallmark channel about a man and a woman who needed a "date" for the holiday week. He's Catholic, she's Jewish. I enjoyed it.

I recently found a well-stocked second-hand store also and hope to post my finds soon.

A package came late last week from a well known knife dealer addressed to my wife, hmmm, I wonder if that is the gift I asked Santa for :D
