Well at about 5:08 PM my phone rings, it is the VA Hospital. Guy says he is a doctor in Cardiology, and hated to bother me on Christmas Eve, but he was calling to tell me my Stress Test & Neuclear Study I had this past Monday was "NORMAL", I have been sweating getting my Chest Split Open, or Stents for several months.

Good Christmas Present Healthy HEART.

Good news!! My father had 4 stents put in years ago and happy to say he's a new man. Scary though. Have a great Christmas and safe New Year! Take a load off everyone, I'm sure you all deserve it!

Maybe I keep my Arteries clean by eating very hot food, and using a lot of very vey Hot Sause on most thing I eat. Habinaro & Ghost Chilies are my two best friends. LOL
