So, last Sunday I posted a thread about losing a BK11 out of the sheath at the dog park. I sent Ka-bar an email via their website in a positive way to let them know that the sheath in my BK11 did not have a very positive hold on the knife and in the future would love to see a sheath that was a bit tighter. Much to my surprise, I received an email from their support system thanking me for the feedback and she would pass the info on to their team. She also said that she would send me a new knife since I went out and could not find it after I looked. I was dumbfounded as most companies would have said "great thanks." SO, I am sitting on the couch watching a movie and playing with my new BK11!
