Happy Happy Monday for Bawanna

I knew I had a potential wonderful Monday over the 4 day weekend. And it all happened.

First off another member here who threatened me with physical harm if I divulge his identity sent me an antique Chakmak and Karda to go along with Ndoghouses Long Leaf. The chakmak is the coolest little thing I've ever seen, looks like a tiny little khuk. The end is even checkered kind of, not sure if the photo will show.







Way way cool and what a neat thing for him to send them and to unite them with the lovely Long Leaf. Gives me nice chills just thinking about it.

Phase two of wonderful Monday involved the arrival of a beautiful Foxy Folly by Rajkumar. I managed to scrape up enough marbles to buy it from a fella on the east coast to help ease the pain of losing out on a spectacular Bura Foxy Folly a couple weeks back.
It's big and beastly but also light and nimble. The wood is gorgeous and of course the blade knocks your socks off, I don't care who your are. Very nice.







So old meets new.





I don't recall my hands ever being that clean before. I better do something down and dirty and get back to normal.

I wish I could somehow distribute my happiness to all my pals here. I'm pretty tickled for a Monday after a 4 day weekend during which I accomplished virtually nothing of merit.

Thanks again to the masked man for the antique Chakma and Karda, and of course Ndog for the Long Leaf, they both take my breath away, like history in my humble hands.

That is one beautiful unique blade! Looks huge up next to your longleaf and I know how big that is. Foxy to say the least! Im droolin over that Karda and Chakmack you know! Well if the "Masked Man" ever decides to unmask Please tell me where I can get a set like yours! Those are supercool!

I had a pretty dang good monday as well! I got a package in the mail from a friend. It was a beautifully crafted oak stand to rest my longleaf on and show her off! You are talented my friend! I cant thank you enough!
