In just days it will be the dawn of a new millennium. As we look to the future we always must reflect on the past.

Building a community like the one we have here at BladeForums is long daunting task. Finding the balance that makes most people happy is virtually impossible but somehow we have made that happen.

Wether you have been here since inception or you are a newbie, you are welcome here.

We all share a common interest. That is what brings us together in the first place. What keeps us together is another story all together.

We have a variety of individuals amongst us. People from every aspect of our industry are here. Custom makers, manufacturers, dealers, collectors, writers and people simply looking for information.

On this day most celebrate the birth of Christ. Others celebrate various aspects of their own religions. And for others it is just another day. Regardless of how you view this special day, one must consider the special feeling in the air. A sense of giving and comrade that you will not find in most lands. Enjoy this day and those around you.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of the members, moderators and manufacturers for making BladeForums what it is today. We built the machine, but you make it work. Thank You!

From all of us here at BladeForums, we wish you are yours the happiest of holidays and a most joyous new year!
