For a fine cocktail, take a nicely made carbon steel Harness Jack, designed before 1911 by Schatt and Morgan, but made in 2005. Add some 50 year old Sambar Stag, stir with some burning desire to be a top knifemaker, and top with a purty shield! Satisfying:thumbup: !!

Does that punch have a sharpened bevel on the backside?

Freezergeezer, the rehandling was done by MuskratMan. Jacknife, the punch has a radius grind on the back, and has a shallow hollow grind on the front. Cuts a nice hole actually!
