I would like to thank Kershaw Customer Service for a knife I got back in great condition. I mentioned a while ago I got a knife (CPM-D2) with a few visual imperfections and the speed safe didnt catch every time. But now that I have recived a new knife back I am very happy with it. It looks great and preforms exactly as I expect it to. The D2 is more work to sharpen then my other S30V blades but it has also holds its edge for a while longer as I have only sharpened it once and it still slices thru cardboard as if it were paper. Over all I am very satisfied with the time and effort that Kershaw put into making sure thier customer was happy, and they have lived up the the "legendary" status often claimed here on the forums. Only thing I paid for was shipping out to Oregon, also my only complaint with the whole process, it takes a while to get there form NH lol. I would also like to thank Thomas for his help in the process as well, I pm'd him a few times and he responded very quickly to them. I wish all customer service was like this experience.
