Hey guys. Just wanted to say happy mothers day to all the women that hold our families together and keep em running like a swiss clock.

On my my way home from my shift just now. I stopped all over town and picked flowers to make my wife a bouquet. Lilacs, chrysanthemum, carnations and bunch of other bushy things.

Used the 25 to cut and prune all of them. No way im making a thread just about flowers :barf::D
Buying flowers is for suckers!

Anyhow I think it came out nice and also, check out the sweet wrapping paper. One gift from each of us, two daughters and myself.
I have some time because miraculously they are all sleeping so I think I will finish making breakfast.

Lol, nice bouquet. I wouldn't know you picked those rather than bought them. Good for you. Happy Mothers Days, to all the moms.

I am so happy to have the day off. Although my wife is beyond stressed at the moment with things lol. She is still happy we are all spending it together.
We just got home. Had to spend 68$ on diapers/pull ups (after coupons) for our trip. How exciting.
I even get time today to play on my computer for a moment.
Im thinking mulch.
Now that the kids are napping and the wife is tanning. Time for fun in the yard.

Glad you got to spend the day with your family. Those are the best. Nice work on the bouquet also.
 
This would explain why the flowers disappear out my the front yard at this time of year. There must be some other knife guys in the hood.

But really, bravo on the bouquet.
 
Thanks guys. kid, better watch out. I bet there is another dozen nut jobs like myself out there. great thread on the 25 btw. I have been using mine really hard lately. on the job site as well as landscaping at home. I treat it like a fixed blade and it loves it.
