I just wanted to wish everyone a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Here is to 2012 (Raise your glass:D ) :)

Here are some highlights of Amy-0's 2011.
I had to shovel snow ALOT:( (I hate shoveling)

I got a new smoker for Christmas last year so I tried out many new recipes:)

Saved a bunch of kittens and found them good homes (Adopted the Mother and a older stray)

Question; what is that white stuff all over the trees and ground in the first pic ? did a mattress blow up around there ?

I hate shoveling snow as well so this year I bought a snow blade for my atv. Had about an inch once this winter so far. Have a great New Year everyone!

I love it, it is so easy (Electric) just put the woodchips in let her go....I have been playing with dry rubs (Homemade) and sauces I will have to e-mail you my recipes:) I wonder if you can smoke a cheesecake:eek::eek:

That's awesome... I remember those days. :thumbup:
But, oh, wait, I also remember 110*+ summers passing out with heat exhaustion and selling off knives to pay for $200+ A/C bills. :thumbdn:

Hopefully this winter is kinder to you Amy.
That food looks awesome, but I think the kitty is intimidated by the MOAB!

Not so many new knives here this year, but the new wife and kid are well worth it!

LOL, yes that is exactly what happened.hehe. Sometimes we have mattresses blowing up every day all day long. People must really not like their beds anymore in Ohio.:confused:
