My dogs are skeert to no end and the sky is lit up! We are all piled up on the couch shivering...poor fellas! My girl Pit is loving it tho? Go figure! She loves the light show and sonic booms? Anywayz good times ahead and yall have a great new year!

I thought Texans were tough! My five pound chihuahua is running around the yard lighting fireworks with a sparkler in his mouth and wearing his sombrero. Go figure.

You caught me before my edit:D Remember the Alamo brother!

I guess I did! ;) I will never forget the Alamo. Unfortunately, our Chico has and thinks he's tougher than his 265 pound big brother Saint Bernard.

God almighty big dang dog that is! Wow! I hear ya! I have a little Jack Russell and hes alpha dog till hes dead. Hes been to the vet for busted out teeth and holes ripped out of him and everything else. Dont bother him. He keeps going. Hes so old he prolly cant see well anymore so when another dog comes by he growls to let them know he is still alpha. He sometimes sits in the hallway and wont let the other dogs come by. Hes really a bully not an alpha. He needs some discipline from daddy on occasion to let him know hes just alpha and not bully. Jack Russell is not for everyone but he sure is one stick of dynamite in a firecracker package.
Is your St. B an inside dog? Great dogs. Mine all pile on the bed with us at night but at 265 pounds id have to drain some water out of the waterbed. That'd be like having two wives:confused:

Ironically the Chihuahua thinks he's a Saint Bernard and the Saint Bernard believes he's a Chihuahua. It's really quite comical. Especially when the Saint thinks he belongs in your lap. In one bound the recipient, chair and dog go arse end over tea kettle to an abrupt halt. Then you get "the look", like "why did you do that?)! LOL! As for the bed, that's the chihuahua's turf, next to his "mommy" and lets the Saint know it. Maybe a good thing.
