Here's a big ole Happy New Year!!! to all my accomplices in knife making. I hope you all have the best year you've ever had and accomplish all your goals for 2003 with zeal and satisfaction.

We have a fantastic craft and it's worth every effort we dedicate to it. I hope we all grow in 2003 and add great things to our portfolios and to the knife industry generally. I pray everyone was safe and comes home in one piece tonight, and starts the new year out safely and with fresh creative enthusiasm!

And thanks to every one of you, all have helped me to make 2002 the most successful year I have ever had in knife making.

Thanks Dave for the New Year wishes. I had a great year in 2002 also and hope that 2003 will reward me with the ABS Master Smith stamp. That reminds me. I better get started.
