Happy New Year and welcome to 2012 everyone! I had a particularly good New Year's eve because I received my first Hinderer in the mail :D (courtesy of another member of BF).
What a way to ring in the new year huh?
In a few months I hope to get another one to give to my best friend at his wedding this summer.

It goes so nicely with my brass Extreme Duty pen (which I got a week or so ago) dontcha think?
It's a Gen4 3.5" spanto flipper. Love the Blue/Black G10 it came with.

Dang, I've been wanting one of those blue/black scales - that thing's a real beauty! No I have to have one. Do you know if that's from Rick or from the aftermarket? He may be the one that supplies the aftermarket scales - I don't really know for sure. Nice score, you need a blue ano'd clip now.

The seller said NIB and never mentioned anything about any aftermarket scale. I know on the Hinderer website the Blue/Black G10 is available so I think it came straight from Rick this way.
You're right though, the blue anodized clip, filler tab, and standoffs might look pretty sweet with this color scale.

That is one of Rick's blue/black scales, the look has changed at times depending on the run:

Happy New Year to All. May your 2012 trump the last few years in the most positive way.
Blue n Black G10 looks nice in pics, I'm guessing it's even better in hand.
