I know it's been talked about to death on numerous threads. I'm just so stoked at the Southard, that I had to do something! It really exceeded my expectations. Now some custom scales......

I love mine, and it was the first knife I saved money for. I saved and saved ( 3 kids right now money is tight), and resisted other shiny objects.

I must have gone into the same store for the last 4 months just to hold one and make sure it was worth the hard earned money.

I can say it's worth every cent. Great example of a collaboration that allows the consumer to get a knife designed by a custom maker.

It's a fine knife, a damn fine knife. It's the only one so far that has challenged my Gayle Bradley in pocket time. Next is s110v manix.

I jacked mine up so much! What is the small screw torx size? I just keep stripping them):

T6 for the smaller screws and T10 for the pivot. Might be a good idea to invest in some good drivers like Wiha. Well worth especially most folders use those 2 sizes. I only have 3 drivers. The two mentioned above and T8.

The Southard is a great Knife OP. It has been in my RFP since the day I bought it. Congrats on the purchase!
