Happy St.Patrick's Day! (BK-11 in the kitchen)

As busy as Dresnor and I am I try to make hearty meals as much as possible...So last night, w/the thought of St.Paddy's day in mind I made a nice Irish dish...Guinness Infused Irish Lamb stew...with a little help from my BK-11.I won't post photos of me chopping every veggie w/this knife, but It did do the dirty work, and well might I add....so I can honestly say that I've done more w/this little knife than I think it was intended for...but it's a tool ;) and I'm going to use the heck out of it! I got this knife at the N.East Beckerhead gathering. Thanks to Trailbum, Angryhippie, and Ethan Becker......I love this thing ;)

Awesome! Looks really yummy. The 11 is "close to my heart." Quite literally actually, it hangs around my neck all day, every day. It's like my bracelet only comes off when I take a shower.
 
That looks absolutely delicious. I'll bet it smelled heavenly all day there.
 
I'm starving right now, so this wasn't the best thread for me to open. However, that looks delicious!
 
That looks pretty dang tasty. We did a big corned beef and cabbage pot tonight, put my necker to some good work as well. Thanks for sharing, i can never have enough beckers and food pictures in my life hahaha
