Happy St. Patty's Day to all of you here!
I'm not Irish, nor do I have any Irish blood in me, but hey, I have on green today!
I like to party with the best of them, too!

"Italian by injection"? What do you mean by that Phil? Is that some sort of new gene transfer therapy that I haven't read about yet in the scientific journals?

Paracelsus, mad scientist

Oh, I watched a movie on Patrick's life last night, he was certainly an interesting fellow. Happy St. Patrick's day to all, and to all, a good night (oops, wrong Holiday)

Enjoy the day! I'm wearing green, blue, purple, violet, gray, white, yellow, orange, red, black and that's just my shirt. I am getting a few "looks". One lady told me when she looked at me she woke up!

Oh yea, liverdance is playing incessantly on my PC while I "work" on one of the other machines. Hehehe, I love fun days.

No Paracelsus, it's not "some sort of new gene transfer therapy". It's just a game we like to play, it's called, "Hide the Salami!"

PS, you don't have to be Italian to play, but it helps.
PPS, What's long and hard on an Italian teenager?

Ans: Third grade!

Relax Guido it's a joke!

Shalom and begorrah! When St. Paddy's day falls this close to Purim, you never know what can happen!

Hey! That's why those grin-smileys are green!

Accoring to the radio as I drove to work today, the Bishop of the Los Angeles Diocese has said it's OK for Catholics to eat corned beef when St. Patrick's Day falls on a Friday during Lent, I guess I can leave a non-knife thread here and not move it to Community.

And, since St. Patrick's Day falls in USA Census Week, here's the link to my BladeForums Politics thread on driving out a venomous serpent.

A Joke...

Q: How many Irishmen does it take to change a lightbulb?

A: 10 - One to hold the bulb, the other nine to drink enough to cause the room to spin.

db (part Irish)

Ah, a wee bit of humor!

Two Irishmen met and one said to the other, "Have ye seen Mulligan lately, Pat?"
Pat said, "Well, I have and I haven't."
His friend asked, "well what d'ye mean by that?"
Pat said, "It's like this, y'see...I saw a chap who I thought was Mulligan, and he saw a chap that he thought was me. And when we got up to one another...it was neither of us."

Someone once asked my wife (being Irish) what St. Patrick's Day was like at home (meaning her Mothers house)?
My wife answered straight faced and dead serious, "About three hours of Consciousness!"

Hey, take it up with her!

Young, handsome, rich Patrick walks into a pub, sits at the bar and tells the bartender to set up a round for the house. The bartender complies and just as he is finishing a little Irish guy about a foot tall jumps off of Patrick's shoulder and runs down the bar and kicks over all of the drinks. Needless to say the bartender is hostile. Patrick tells the bartender "Don't worry I will pay for them and please set up another round". The bartender again complies and and again the one foot tall Irish man jumps off of Patricks shoulder and runs down the bar and kicks over the drinks. This time the bartender won't let it pass and asks, "What is the deal here". Patrick says, "Yesterday I found a Lephrecans pot of gold at the end of a rainbow and he gave me three wishes to get it back. The bartender asks,"What did you wish for?" To which Patrick responds, "First I wished to have all the money I would ever need and all I have to do is reach in my pocket and think of an amount and a wad of cash for that amount is there. Secondly I wished to always be young and as you can see I look like I am about 25 years old when in fact I am 72. Then Patrick hesitates and the bartender asks, "Well what was your third wish" and Patrick says, "Lastly I wished for a 12 inch Irish pr*ck and that's him sitting on my shoulder.

Happy St. Patrick's day!

Thanx a lot for cheering me up, I felt a little blue, and really needed the laughs.
