As far as the days getting shorter from now until the winter solstice it really doesn't matter much since we still have July and August and a good part of September to get through before the heat finally becomes a bit tolerable.:grumpy:

I enjoy the warmth but I really like it around 75* and even 80* will do if the humidity isn't bad. One day a couple of weeks ago we went to the zoo and the temp was 78* but we had 79% humidity! It was so dayumed muggy and hot at that combination I was starting to wonder if I was going to make it back to the car unaided.:grumpy:
And we didn't go nearly as far as usual, on a nice day when the weather is decent I can easily make two miles with no trouble at all.:thumbup:
I am now anxiously awaiting fall.
