Happy thanksgiving to all my friends and family here! Hope all are healthy and eatin good! What did yall eat?
I had a Japanese "Thanksgiving" if such a thang. It consisted of seared Wagu beef nigiri, Fresh (almost live) Faro Island Salmon (14 pounder) sashimi and Yellowfin Tuna sushi roll. I having to work through the holiday so I didnt have any family visit but had to eat something good nonetheless. I also had Flounder sashimi for the first time and man it was good! I usually fry flounder southern style in corn meal but had to try it raw. Yummmmm!
