I hope you all had/have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!! I just got home from Turkey Day part one, tomorrow is Thanksgiving part deux currently boiling down the first turkey carcass for broth for tomorrow's festivities. Funny story to share, that I thought you ALL would enjoy. I was prepping last night and I needed to cut up my stale bread loaves (I use Italian and French bread for my dressing/stuffing) I grabbed a serrated bread knife (It's super old and it's one of my Grandma's who passed away many many years ago) Anyhoo, I am slicing the bread into to cubes and I get alerted that I have a Facetime message. My niece K is on the line and says Aunt Amy don't cut your fingers off, I start laughing and nik my finger. She see's this and says "Aunt Amy don't bleed in the bread it is very unsanitary" SHE IS 4!!!! Then she says this " I cant believe you work in a knife place you are very clutzy" then she started talking about "My Little ponies" Kids keep getting smarter (Then US) but I LOVE that she knows about Busse Knives. Her Daddy tell's her ALL the time "Busse Knife Group has the best darn knives in the land" and your crazy clutzy Aunt works there" LOL Happy Turkey Day everyone!!! On this day called Thanksgiving I am Thankful for all of you!!!!
